"Armenia" International Music Festival 29․09․2021 - 29․10․2021
The “ARMENIA” International Music Festival was established in 2017 at the initiative of Sergey Smbatyan, the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and Konstantin Ishkhanov, the President of the European Foundation for Support of Culture. The several years of the festival’s history have earned it a reputation of a celebrated and awaited annual music event, with the concerts featuring world-scale prominent artists, whose performances might otherwise be less affordable or available in famous music halls around the world to many music lovers. In the framework of the “ARMENIA” International Music Festival, many new talents have the opportunity to perform before a larger audience along with distinguished soloists, opening for them new paths of excellence in the sphere of classical music.

"Armenia" International Music Festival 2019
Three years in a row, Armenia is transforming into a place of a unique festival of classical music for several days in a year. On September 22-26, 2019, Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and The European Foundation for Support of Culture with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, are hosting the third “Armenia” International Music Festival.
The Festival is being organized since 2017 and shortly has become one of the most awaited musical events. “Armenia” International Music Festival is aimed at promoting the compositions of classical and contemporary composers for the wide population both in Armenia and abroad.
One of the significant achievements of the Festival is the world-renowned musicians’ engagement in the event. The audience has a unique opportunity to discover the prominent representatives of contemporary performing art. Musicians from Armenia and beyond its borders will perform in the framework of this year's festival.
Although young, the “Armenia” International Music Festival has reached visible success and gained international popularity: outstanding efforts by the organizers and involvement of exceptionally talented artists from around the world have made the Festival be one of the most awaited musical events.

"Armenia" International Music Festival 2018
From 2-6 July “Armenia” International Music festival will be held in Yerevan. In the frameworks of the festival the true music lovers will have an opportunity to enjoy beautiful classic music programs.
The concert programs of the festival are unique, the start of all the concerts will be given by the famous works of Armenian composers, among them are the works of Grigor Eghiazaryan, Edgar Hovhannisyan, also the works of contemporary composers Tigran Mansuryan, Vardan Adjemian, Yervand Yerkanyan, Gagik Hovunts will be performed. The world classic music also will be presented to the audience, the best works of Felix Mendelson, Frederic Chopin, Johannes Brahms, Gioachino Rossini and Alexey Shor, who is the composer in residence for the festival, are included in the concert programs of the festival.
It is worth to mention that “Armenia” International Music Festival will host in Yerevan more than 200 tourists, who will be in Yerevan to become a part of the festival and besides will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the sightseeing, historical and cultural values of Armenia and Yerevan, thus besides the impression they will get from the concerts, they will take in their minds some memories from Armenia.
